Yes, I realize that every recipe i post contains chicken..sorry :)
1 1/2 t. dried thyme
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 t. olive oil
4 (4 oz) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 T. balsamic vinegar
2 T. honey
1.) Combine first 3 ingredients; sprinkle over both sides of chicken.
2.) Heat oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 7-8 minutes or until chicken is done.
3.) Transfer chicken to a platter; keep warm. Reduce heat to medium-low; add vinegar and honey to pan. Simmer 1 minute or until glaze thickens; stir constantly. Pout glaze over breasts (the chickens...)
